
About this Event
Historical interpreters will take ticket holders through the history of sodas. While touring the Humphrey Heritage Village, guests will learn about the history of some of the most beloved carbonated drinks, from how they started to the popular soda fountains of the 1950s! Each stop will feature a sample of a fizzy beverage or a mixed concoction that includes soda as the main ingredient. This event is for all ages and will be sure to create a bubbly experience for all!
Ticketed group tours start at 6 p.m., with time slots every half hour until 9 p.m. Liquid History will take place concurrently with the opening of , a special exhibition featuring art pieces from local Northwestern Oklahoma tattoo artists.
During the event, the artists from Culture Tattoo in Enid and Red Sagas Tattoo Parlor in Woodward will be available to talk about their art and offer flash tattoos at an added cost, payable to the artist. Culture Tattoo will accept both cash/card payments, while Red Sagas will be cash only. Flash tattoos will be on a first-come, first-serve basis. (Clients must be at least 18 years of age, and a valid ID is required for flash tattoos.)
The admission price for the opening of A Body of Work is the regular cost of admission, while the Liquid History event is $30 per ticket and includes exhibit opening at no added cost.
