We are excited to bring NSSA’s first class Sports Performance training to Murrysville Sportszone. The long term goals of our athletic development program are to provide athletes with qualities required not only to improve performance, but to allow our athletes to be as resilient/durable as possible. These qualities include acceleration, max speed, relative strength, agility, change of direction, nervous system development, tissue resilience, absolute strength, and much more. NSSA’s sport performance training involves aspects such as a running mechanics drilling, free-sprinting, resisted running, extensive/intensive plyometrics, ground reaction training, jump training, agility/change of direction, mobility exercises, strength/weight training, and much more. NSSA has helped HUNDREDS of collegiate and Professional Athletes. We currently work with many college, high school, and youth programs at our facility in Irwin and off site.
