Create beautiful jewelry using a technique modeled after a 4000 year old glass making tradition. Murrini first appeared in middle eastern art and was revived by Venetian glassmakers on Murano in the early 16th century. In this workshop students select from an assortment of premade colorful floral murrini bits and sheet glass to design two sets of fun and fashionable pendants, post or looped earrings. Finished pieces include a choice of 14K gold or sterling silver jewelry findings.
