Join us for the Fort Campbell Murph Challenge. This is a functional fitness event planned to show our appreciation for all those who paid the ultimate sacrifice including Lt. Michael P. Murphy.
Participation is free and registration will take place at the event.
May 31 2021, 8 am - 10 am
The Murph Challenge will be held at Fryar Stadium, 5666 Wickham Avenue, Fort Campbell, KY.
The event will include:
-Weighted one mile run,
-100 pull-ups,
-200 pushups,
-300 air squats
-Ending with another weighted one mile run.
The first 100 people will get a free event t-shirt.
