Join the SoLa, Zilker & Barton Hills community to complete the iconic CrossFit workout MURPH and stick around to celebrate with an amazing Crawfish Boil! The Crawfish Boil is donation based with proceeds benefitting Zilker & Barton Hills Elementary. The MURPH workout consists of 1 mile Run | 100 Pull-Ups | 200 Push-Ups | 300 Air Squats | 1 mile Run completed for time wearing a Weight Vest (20/14 lb).
Don't worry! Many scaling options are available and a version of the workout can be completed by anyone of any fitness level.
Heats for the workout will go off at 9am, 9:20am and 9:40am. Make sure you RSVP for the heat of your choice at the links below to save your spot!
Stick around after the workout for an amazing Crawfish Boil, Drinks and some Cold Plunging! The Crawfish Boil is donation based and proceeds will benefit Zilker & Barton Hills Elementary.
