Why the "Murph" Workout? 🏋️♀️The "Murph" workout is named after Navy SEAL Lt. Michael P. Murphy, who was killed in action in Afghanistan on June 28, 2005. This grueling workout was one of his favorites, which he called "Body Armor." It has since become a CrossFit Hero workout and a Memorial Day tradition to honor his memory and the sacrifices made by all who have served our country.By participating in the Memorial Day Murph Workout, you are not only challenging yourself physically but also paying tribute to the brave men and women who have given their lives for our freedom. 🇺🇸Join us in remembering and honoring the fallen heroes this Memorial Day.
