The Oakbank Hotel is teaming up with Murdoch Hill to showcase some of the Adelaide Hills great produce, alongside some incredible wines. Our chef has specifically created a 4 course menu to pair with Murdoch Hill wines for your enjoyment. 1st Course - Port Broughton SA, Prawn Mousse with avocado puree and candied lemon. Paired with 2023 Murdoch Hill Chardonnay.
2nd Course - Crispy skin pork belly with celeriac slaw and pomegranate molasses. Paired with 2023 Murdoch Hill Pinot Noir.
3rd Course - Smoked lamb shank tart and bush tomato chutney and rainbow chard. Paired with 2021 Murdoch Hill Red Blend.
4th Course - Smoked pecan crusted venison with sweet pot puree, balsamic brussel sprout and jus. Paired with 2023 Murdoch Hill Landau Syrah.
Throughout the afternoon, the Murdoch Hill team will discuss each wine.
