Update as of 8/28/25, the Thursday, October 9 Murder Mystery Dinner has a full body count! We are sold out, but we are accepting names for a waitlist. The Saturday, October 11 dinner has a few spots left. Come for dinner, stay for the murder, solve the mystery.
SCHS is hosting two murder mystery dinners at the Dunnell House on Thursday, October 9, and Saturday, October 11, 6:00 - 8:30 pm. Each dinner is limited to 20 witnesses.
Come prepared to solve a Live Action Steele County Clue! As you arrive at the Dunnell House front door, guests will be given instructions on how the evening will commence. Get ready for a fun evening determining which local historic figures may have offed an unlucky soul. Guests are encouraged to dress in period costume spanning the 1800s-1960s. If you survive the evening, guests will be tasked with keeping the suspects, weapons, and murder a secret or else.
Dinner will include Beef Bourguignon, mashed potatoes, salad, a roll, and a bloody good cheesecake.
