Murals and Mimosas

Join us for a delightful Saturday morning of art, culture, and community at the Murals and Mimosas Mural Tour in Downtown Hartford! This guided tour will take you on a vibrant journey through the heart of the city, showcasing some of Hartford’s most captivating murals and public art installations.

The idea for this tour came from one of our wonderful tour attendees at the first mural tour!

Tour Highlights:

• Mural Stops: Explore 6-10 stunning murals and public art pieces that tell the stories of Hartford’s rich cultural heritage.

• Refreshment Stops: Enjoy four stops along the way for mimosas, light bites, and refreshments provided by some of Downtown Hartford’s finest local restaurants.

• Guided Experience: Learn about the artists, the inspiration behind the art, and the impact of public art on the community from our knowledgeable guides.

Itinerary:

• 11:00 AM: Tour begins in Downtown Hartford (mural schedule still being determined), where you’ll meet your guide and fellow art enthusiasts.

• Mural Stops: Discover a selection of 6-10 murals spread throughout Downtown Hartford, each with its own unique story.

• Refreshment Stops: Indulge in mimosas and light bites at four local restaurants, offering a taste of Hartford’s culinary scene.

• 2:30 PM: Tour concludes, with an option to continue exploring the city or enjoy a leisurely afternoon at your favorite stop. There will be DJ and dancings on Pratt Street until 4:00PM
