The Village NZ has an amazing opportunity to host a Mum Strong group fitness class led by owner and instructor Tiffany McClure! 👏💪 Tiffany will lead you through a full-body workout that focuses on improving pelvic floor and abdominal function. This class is designed to aid in the healing of diastasis recti, pelvic floor dysfunction, and prolapse.
⏰ Classes are 45-minute sessions ideal for pregnant and postpartum bodies.
🆓 This class is free, but spaces are limited. We have 15 spots available for any Mum's who are looking to get back into gentle exercise and are looking for a supportive community where mums can come together, rebuild their confidence, and navigate the journey of motherhood.

*You can participate in this MumStrong group exercise class if you have been given the “all clear” from your health professional to resume exercising postpartum. You must be a minimum of 6 weeks postpartum following a vaginal birth, or 12 weeks postpartum following a caesarean section. For safety all participants will be required to complete a health questionnaire prior to the class.
