Mums'n'Bubs yoga is a gentle class designed for new mothers and their babies.It focuses on postnatal recovery with movements to strengthen the core, ease tension, and improve flexibility, all while bonding with your baby.
Babies can lie beside you, be held during poses, or enjoy baby-focused stretches.
It's a relaxed, supportive space where feeding, crying and cuddling are totally welcome.
Great for reconnecting with your body and meeting other mums.
Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle for yourself
