In our Mums & Bubs/Postnatal Yoga II classes, we continue the journey of learning and growth from Mums and Bubs Yoga I, while also welcoming new mums and dads to join the class. You'll enjoy yoga and functional movements together with your baby. We'll focus on stretching and releasing areas of tension commonly associated with the joys and challenges of new parenthood.Whether you're returning from Mums and Bubs Yoga I or new to our classes, you'll find a supportive environment where you and your baby are nurtured. All our classes are livestreamed for those who prefer to practice at home on a particular day. Suitable for parents with babies aged 4 months to slow crawlers.
Led by experienced yoga teacher and mother, Emma, you'll benefit from her expertise as a certified specialist in Pre- & Postnatal Yoga, and a Certified Body Ready Method pro®.
