Our postpartum Pilates program follows a holistic approach. We provide you with safe exercises to help you achieve stability and strength, and cope with the new demands of motherhood. Even more importantly though, we give you the tools and space to return awareness to your own body, acknowledging the changes it has experienced, and connecting with the new version of you. Even better, you can bring your beautiful baby with you, so you can exercise while growing your bond. We ease into it, so you can get started 6 weeks after the birth, with the support of your LMC.We run Mums and Bubs Pilates for a duration of 6 weeks.
