Our monthly morning to welcome babies and their adults.For our October session, we'll be doing Halloween crafts in the Marae Atea, making masks out of cardboard.
Get together at the Museum on the last Friday of each month for this special event for parents, caregivers, and young ones.
This is aimed at all parents and care-givers of babies and pre-school aged children.
Baby change and feeding
Toilets with parenting-friendly facilities (fold-down change table, rubbish bin) are located in the Museum's main foyer, the corridor leading to Exscite, and the toilets within Exscite.
You are welcome to breastfeed your child anywhere in the Museum, and please let our kaimahi know if you'd like to use a space with more privacy for this purpose.
Please note that, other than breastfeeding, no food or drink can be consumed within the Museum in order to keep our taonga safe.
