Mums & Bubs Exercise Class ran weekly on Thursdays from 9:30am at Southern Strength & Conditioning (Seaford) Mums, Mums to be & Bubs of all ages are welcome! With a supervised, and gated child play area - get your exercise in stress free. Prams also welcome on the gym floor!
Come and get fit with your bub, and connect with other mums who get it!
Mums & Bubs classes are a strength-based session combining bodyweight, weighted and banded exercises with low-impact cardio and core work for a full body workout, all while helping your body recover from pregnancy and strengthen your pelvic floor!.
With a 'rolling' format, this class is designed to be flexible, and allows for when the day just isn't going to plan - what does this mean? The session opens from 9:30am, and you then have until 10:45am to arrive to complete your workout. Arrive when you can, get your workout done and leave knowing you've achieved something for the day!
