We are looking to start a MUM's & Daughter's karate training class. Open to all females.
It will consist of both karate training and light fitness training.
You don't have to be fit and healthy, you just need a desire to want to learn.
In these days a basic understanding of self-defence to be able to protect yourself and family is important.
" IT WON'T HAPPEN TO ME" is no longer an option. Don't wait start now.
Sessions will be 1 hr. And you can bring your friends and make new ones.
Frist sessions 9th Sept is free. The just £6 per session.
