Our Mums & Bubs classes are designed to support you as you return to exercise after birth. From around 3 weeks to 3 months postpartum, our Mums & Bubs Pilates class helps you gently rebuild your core, pelvic floor, posture, and mobility in a safe and supportive environment. After this stage, our Mums & Bubs Strength class is the perfect next step. These sessions focus on building strength, stability, and confidence to support you through the demands of motherhood. Babies are always welcome—making it easier to look after your health while staying connected with your little one.
