An extra special day for mummies and babies (non-walkers)Designed to provide a nurturing and revitalising space for mummies and babies which encourages connection, baby development, self-care, personal emotional well-being and friendships. 💛

Join us for a a relaxing day in the serene and unique setting of beautiful West Lexham 🌱 which will leave both you and your baby relaxed and rejuvenated.
What the Day includes:
💛 Wellbeing sessions for mummas
💚 Sensory Story Sessions for munchkins including our much loved puppets Oscar and Mabel
💛 Reflexology Mini-Treatment from Shoreline Therapies
💚Experienced and qualified Nanny on hand to help with babies
💛 Developmental activities, music and rhyme
💚 Sensory Bell Tent
💛Organic lunch provided by West Lexham with ingredients sourced from their kitchen garden
💚 Time to explore West Lexham’s beautiful 21 acres of grounds including the super sensory kitchen gardens
💛 Time to take a dip in the natural fresh water pool
Thank you to West Lexham who are very kindly hosting this event at a significantly reduced cost to enable us to run this event at such an amazing price as a first time event at this beautiful setting.
More Information:
The day will include parent-and baby-focused sessions and thoughtfully selected activities to help you bond with your baby and spend time with other mummies. 💕
There will be time dedicated to self-care, including a calming mini-reflexology treatment from Shoreline Therapies, while your baby is being cared for by qualified and experienced Nanny, Heather. There will be opportunities to chat and bond with other mummies in this calm and supportive setting.
During this special day, both mummy and baby can engage in shared sensory and developmental activities, including wellbeing sessions, sensory story-play, music and rhyme. We intend for the day to enhance your mummy-baby bond, nurture supportive friendship groups and provide beneficial activity ideas that can be used at home.
As well as the planned sessions, treatment and activities, the day will include lunch for you and weaned babies, time to explore the beautiful grounds of West Lexham Estate, sensory bell tent for babies and even time to take a dip in their beautiful saltwater pool (weather permitting).
Our day retreat gives you time to recharge, connect with your babies and other mummies. We want you to end the day happy, rejuvenated and with renewed energy.
And of course… Oscar 🦧 and Mabel 🐒 will be putting in an appearance and are hugely excited too!
