A 3hr workshop to support mothers in understanding and managing intense emotion through education, practical strategies, and breathwork.
About this Event

Mum Rage & Reconnection Workshop is a transformative 3-hour event designed to empower mothers by providing a deep understanding of the complex emotions known as 'Mum Rage' Motherhood often brings with it a spectrum of intense emotions, and anger can be a frequent, if unwelcome, guest. It's important to recognise that these feelings are not only common but also a natural response to the pressures and challenges faced by mothers every day.

This workshop aims to demystify the tabboo topic and explores our own triggers and how exploring factors like sleep deprivation, lack of support, and societal expectations contribute to this emotional state.

This session is not just about coping with anger; it's about transforming your relationship with your emotions, turning what often feels like a weakness into a strength. Through interactive activities, guided breathwork, and supportive discussions, you'll leave not just refreshed but also equipped with effective tools to handle the toughest mothering moments. This workshop is your step towards becoming the calm, connected, and confident parent you aspire to be.
