✨Pretzel Play is soooo excited to be offering this gorgeous Mother Daughter(s) Retreat in the middle of Autumn before the frenzy of Christmas and Winter

This bespoke workshop is for girls approx 6-11years
✔️What is the workshop?
-The workshop is 21/2 hours long and will focus on mummy & daughter(s) presence & connection;
Designed for girls who enjoy being creative and dancing - this is a beautiful space for mum to enjoy their daughters interests together in a held space hosted by Pretzel Play
What it involves;
🥨Connection focused Pretzel Play class focusing on partner poses, yoga and guided meditation together with hand massages, colouring self portraits and lots of fun and connection opportunities
🥨Writing love letters to each other
🥨Enjoying loom band making- pure present moment creativity that is fun and playful
🥨30 mins dance choreography session with Chris Cross bopping to pop music, busting out funky dance moves and having fun together
🥨Finishing at the fire pit- tea or coffee for the mums and s’mores and chats for everyone #goodtimes #mumdaughtertime
You will leave with your mum cup filled and a new layer of connection with your daughter ♥️✨
Suitable for:
💓All levels of abilities- No yoga experience required
✔️Girls aged approx (primary 3) aged 6-11 years with a carer/ mum
✔️Mums & daughters looking to laugh and smile together and have fun in a beautiful relaxed venue
✔️Kids needing 1:1 connection and time with a mum /caregiver or if your a working parent and crave time in a held space that allows for boding, relaxation and being with your daughter
