What to expect:
- weekly check ins, connecting with other Mums & supporting each other through the good, the bad & the ugly!
- postnatal yoga postures for strength and reducing tension through the body
- breathwork to strengthen the diaphragm & pelvic floor muscles; for stress relief & relaxation
- bond with baby through mindful movement, engaging partner poses & baby massage techniques
- mindfulness & relaxation techniques
- a friendly, relaxed atmosphere; classes are very much guided by your babies, don't worry if your baby cries, needs feeding, changing or even sleeps through, each week will be different but I promise you will take something from the class :)

Good to know -
- Sophie is a Registered Yoga Teacher, certified in Pre & Postnatal Yoga & as a Breathe Instructor; also a Mama of 2 herself!
- classes are suitable for women 6+ weeks postpartum (or 8-10 weeks following a c-section and designed for babies up to approx 9 months (non-movers)
- yoga mats, blocks and blankets are provided, as are a handful of sensory toys for babies, but please feel free to bring anything of your own to use during the class
- plenty of free parking
- baby changing facilities on site
