It's like a normal Mum & Baby Yoga class but with the fun dialled up and a dash of Christmas!

Can I bring my baby/ toddler? Yes
Can my baby and I wear matching outfits? Yes please
Can I leave my baby at home and practice yoga and eat chocolate with my friends in class? Yes of course - this is an E14YogaCoach class.
Join Sharon for a 90 minute party where you can practice as much or as little yoga as you wish. There will be lots of chat and giggles, loads of photos as per usual and some yummy snacks and a goody bag.
