I know... I know that as a new mum, you might not be feeling like yourself right now, I know how tired you feel, I know how lonely it can be at times, I know how burned-out you are feeling and I know you desperately need time to yourself but you also might not want to be away from your babies just yet...
So this day is for you. A day to rest, reset, reconnect with yourself, connect with other mums, eat delicious food, and relax!
This is a little retreat where you are free to come no matter how you look, how you feel, or how your baby is feeling. This day is run by mum for mums and is a safe space to just be.
So join me and @mamas_menu for a mum and baby day retreat with yoga, nourishing food, sharing circle, cacao, postpartum and baby nutrition talk, and even a take-home meal so your dinner is sorted.
