These classes are designed for mum’s with babies, toddlers and pre school children to have a fun and effective workout while your baby / child is in a safe environment to play.The classes are sociable and a great way to meet other mums. Many like to finish the session with a drink at French Weir Cafe or a walk / play in the park.
Classes:
Tuesdays 10.30am, Friday at 10:30am and 11:30am. £8 a class
