Mum & Baby Yoga is a gentle, supportive class designed to help you reconnect with your body after birth while bonding with your baby in a relaxed and nurturing environment.These sessions focus on postnatal recovery, including gentle stretching, strengthening, and relaxation to support tired bodies, improve posture, and rebuild core strength. Babies are fully included, expect cuddles, songs, movement, and plenty of time to respond to your little oneโs needs.
Classes also offer a wonderful opportunity to:
Bond with your baby through movement and touch
Meet and connect with other new mums
Take time for yourself without needing childcare
Move at your own pace in a baby-led, judgment-free space
Suitable for new mums once they feel ready to return to gentle movement (often from around 6 weeks postpartum, or 8โ10 weeks after a C-section, please check with your healthcare provider).
๐ No yoga experience needed. Come as you are, feeding, changing, and settling babies is always welcome.
