What saved me? Other mums. Finding that community of women who truly understood the highs and lows of motherhood was everything. Having a space where I could share, laugh, cry, and just *be* was so important for my mental and emotional health – and it’s why I’m so passionate about supporting other mums in this phase of life.
That’s exactly what my **Mum and Baby Yoga** classes are all about. It’s not just yoga – it’s a space to come exaclltly as you are, to breathe, to connect with your body, to bond with your baby, and to find community with other mums going through the same journey. There’s something incredibly special about moving together, sharing this postpartum stage, and supporting one another.
I’m beyond excited to be offering these classes again starting October 24th at The Yoga Den in East Linton. Each class is designed to nurture both you and your baby. Expect gentle, nourishing movements to help your body heal, bonding moments with your baby, and the chance to meet other mums in a relaxed, supportive environment.
