👶Postnatal pilates class for both mum and baby (you can join from 6 weeks following your GP health check up or between 8-12 weeks following a c-section, this is for babies up to 12 months). This nice, relaxed small group class is a mix of gentle pilates exercises for mum, nursery rhymes and baby yoga for baby to connect with baby through song and movement. With free time after the class for a stay and play, chat with other mums with a cuppa and a biscuit included 😊
This is commencing Wednesday the 17th of September 10am for x6 week term at the Newcomen Methodist Church. This is £45 for the 6 week term.
