This is the third of weekly walks I’m organising for mums with babies and toddlers.We are going to Mill Park and Pond this time, meeting near the playground with the boat in the sand pit right next to the parking area.
The aim is to socialise and to get a chance to get out of the house, promoting not only physical but also mental health.
