After years of bringing the message of multiple pathways to recovery to other cities and states across the country, CCAR has decided to bring the conference home to historic New Haven, Connecticut this summer!Affectionately known as 'MPRC', this conference is a gathering of the nation's leading recovery leaders to share and educate one another about the many different pathways, methods, practices, rituals, programs, and belief systems recoverees can use to enhance their recovery journey and sustain long-term recovery from alcohol and other addictions.
Whether it's a 12-step, secular (non-religious) or spiritual/religious modality, medication-assisted recovery, or wellness-based and active sober communities (...and more!), the goal of the MPRC is to share as many pathways of recovery from drugs, alcohol, and other addictions with as many people as possible. We aim to create connections among the recovery community while exploring the multiple pathways that help maintain and sustain recovery. We expect our attendees to come away with a broader knowledge of the multiple pathways of recovery and at the same time be refreshed in their journey of recovery, whatever that may be.
