What to Wear to Class:
Dance barefoot or in yoga socks. No outside shoes. Wear a pantline which sets low on the hips and does not cover the belly, so the belly could move and breathe. You could choose for your belly to show, or not.

Instructor Amethyst began bellydancing in 1997, and has studied under many master instructors, including her two favorites - Ansuya Rathor (Bellydance Superstar) (by whom Amethyst is Certified) and Hannah Romanowsky (Dance Ethnologist).
