A մակարդակ (առաջին մակարդակ)
• Վերին վերջույթների Mulligan տեխնիկաներ՝ պարանոց, ուս, արմունկ, դաստակ, մատներ
• Մոբիլիզացիա շարժումով (MWM) և SNAG-երի հիմնական սկզբունքներ
• Հոդային դիսֆունկցիաների գնահատում և թիրախային միջամտություն
B մակարդակ (երկրորդ մակարդակ)
• Ստորին վերջույթների և ողնաշարի MWM և SNAG տեխնիկաներ
• Գոտկային, սակրոիլյակ, ծնկի, սրունքի, գարշապարի միջամտություններ
• Ֆունկցիոնալ գնահատում և թերապևտիկ հմտությունների զարգացում

Mulligan Therapy – Level A & B
These two levels form the foundation of the Mulligan Concept, aimed at addressing movement restrictions and pain through non-aggressive, pain-free techniques. The courses combine theoretical knowledge with practical sessions, teaching joint Mobilization With Movement (MWM) techniques.

📚 Course Content
Level A (Introductory Level)
• Mulligan techniques for upper limbs: cervical spine, shoulder, elbow, wrist, fingers
• Principles of Mobilization With Movement (MWM) and SNAGs
• Assessment of joint dysfunctions and targeted intervention
Level B (Advanced Level)
• MWM and SNAG techniques for lower limbs and the spine
• Lumbar spine, sacroiliac joint, knee, ankle, and foot mobilizations
• Functional assessment and development of therapeutic skills

Participants will learn to:
• Accurately apply Mulligan techniques for joint-related issues
• Reduce pain and improve mobility using non-aggressive, pain-free methods
• Guide joint movement using the “no pain” principle
• Identify which cases respond effectively to MWM and SNAG techniques
