About this Event
Welcome to Mugs & Motivation, a monthly meetup every first Friday from 09:30-12:00 in Worthing, for female founders, freelancers, and anyone looking to take a leap in life. Consider it time for yourself to connect and make new friends with other local women, and to support and learn from one another. Because working for yourself - or taking big action in life - can include every emotion and experience under the sun, but you don't have to do it alone.
There will be a brief grounding meditation to centre us, followed by introductions, and time for everyone to share something that is working in their business and/or life, and to ask for support on an area where it is needed. You'll walk away feeling supported, connected, and hopefully more inspired and motivated for whatever it is you are working on and towards. Location is subject to change, and attendees will be notified in advance if so. A hot drink and pastry is included in the price.
