The Tiffin-Seneca Public Library will host “Mug Art Studio” for teens entering grades six through twelve on Thursday, January 29 from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m. in the Frost Kalnow Room.Teens are invited to turn a plain mug into a swirling watercolor work of art – perfect for cozy winter drinks. All supplies will be provided.
