About this Event
Join us for an evening of hand build pottery where we'll explore a series of basic hand building techniques such as slab build, coil and pinch pots with the intention to create a hand made ornament.
A range of tools will be available and you can have one or two pieces bisque fired and ready to be hand painted with acrylics or bisqueware paint, if you wish to have it glazed a following session will be announce at a later date.
If you wish to carry on working on your project that's not a problem! It can be wrapped in plastic to keep it moist and can return to it at the following session.
The session will run for Between 6pm and 8:30pm, with some extra time for tidying
Tea coffee and cake will be provided.
The location is at unit 6.3 44 Lynch lane, right behind Car Care Weymouth and plenty of parking is available on site
