We are BACK with our second annual outdoor Shakespeare production! This year, we are proud to present MUCH ADO ABOUT NOTHING!
This play centres on two young couples: Claudio and Hero, and Beatrice and Benedick. Beatrice, Hero's cousin, is embroiled in a "merry war" with Benedick, and the two are equally-matched when it comes to their wit and their distaste for one another. Just beneath the surface of their banter, though, is an affection that is brought to light by a trick played by their friends. When the ill-intentioned Don John sabotages Hero and Claudio's relationship by convincing Claudio that Hero has been unfaithful, the household must sort out truth from fiction to defend Hero's honour.
