Class is every Friday at 630pm for 4 weeks
This Muay Thai camp is suited for beginners and intermediate. We will advance weekly through several elements of Muay Thai. There will be pad drills, defensive mechanics, movement and more that we practice with partners.
You will learn how apply and understand the Muay Thai fighting style as you grow in confidence. The end goal is to increase skill and empower you.
There will be no full contact sparring. There will be light contact drills and every interaction will be curated to teach you and keep you safe while learning.
You will need 12oz-16oz boxing gloves. They are available here in our store
