Looking to learn Martial Art or Combat Sport?

This class is for you! Muay Thai also referred to as Thai Boxing, which is a fast-paced class that combines both boxing and kicking. This class will include a good cardio warmup, variety of shadow boxing with intervals of bodyweight exercises, footwork and of course, core work that will improve your reflexes, focus, coordination and etc. Attendees will also go through a variety of core, cardio, and strength exercises that are sure to leave you drenched in sweat from head to toe.Free for members and non members.

Suitable for all fitness level (18 years and above)

*Not suitable for individual with medical conditions*

Please wear comfortable workout attire and sports shoes.

Do bring along your sports towel and water bottle.

Venue: Open Space Outside AF Tampines East @ Tampines Mart (Approach our staff in the office when you arrive)

#PS: *We require a minimum of 4 participants and good weather to conduct the class. If the class is cancelled, an update will be posted in the group chat by 6:15pm.
