Looking to learn Martial Art or Combat Sport?
This class is for you! Muay Thai also referred to as Thai Boxing, which is a fast-paced class that combines both boxing and kicking. This class will include a good cardio warmup, variety of shadow boxing with intervals of bodyweight exercises, footwork and of course, core work that will improve your reflexes, focus, coordination and etc. Attendees will also go through a variety of core, cardio, and strength exercises that are sure to leave you drenched in sweat from head to toe.
