This Muay Thai camp is suited for beginners and intermediate. We will advance weekly through several elements of Muay Thai. There will be pad drills, defensive mechanics, movement and more that we practice for combat application. New shin guards included in the cost while supplies last!You will need 12oz-16oz boxing gloves. They are available here in our store if needed

Course runs from 1/7 -1/28
You will learn how apply and understand the Muay Thai fighting style as you grow in confidence.
There will be no full contact sparring. There will be light contact partner drills and every interaction will be curated to teach you and keep you safe while learning
