Dear Members

NEW EVENT: On Wednesday 22 January 2025, join us in getting your New Year off to a great start with Absolute Body Solutions (ABS) and Rudy’s!

Starting at 6:15pm, we have hired the whole gym out for a 45-minute group workout suitable for all abilities and led by personal trainers from ABS. We will then refuel with some delicious pizza from Rudy’s and a protein shake.

Tickets are limited and are just £5 each, including the pizza and shake.
