Magic Presents: Friendly Neighborhood Draft is a special in-store Magic event series that spotlights the Pick-Two Draft format - a streamlined, four-player drafting experience ideal for small groups and casual play.
Unlike traditional eight-player drafts, Pick-Two Drafts allow each player to select two cards per pick, reducing the number of participants needed while maintaining strategic depth and fun. Games are played in pods with a minimum of four players; we recommend breaking players into pods based on attendance this way:
3–7 players: 1 pod
8–11 players: 2 pods
12–15 players: 3 pods
Players then compete in two rounds of Swiss. The undefeated (2–0) player from each pod will receive the event promo card (while supplies last).
PRIZING
Players will earn a pack per match win through the event (maximum two packs). The player who wins their pod will receive an Ultimate Green Goblin promo card as well as two free movie voucher tickets to a movie of their choice, which could include the rerelease of the Spider-Man trilogy this weekend!
