Wild Things Games will be hosting a special Commander Tournament to celebrate Pride month!Saturday, June 29th at 2:30 PM
Format: Commander (multiplayer)
Just like our regular Saturday Commander tournaments, we will have two Commander events, (each starting at 2:30 PM), but with a fun twist for this event: Every card eligible to be your commander that doesn't already have Partner (or a Partner-like ability) is considered to have Partner for the event! This means you can have 2 Commanders + 98 cards in your deck!
One of the tournaments is aimed toward players who want to play in a casual tournament, & the other one is intended for players wanting a more competitive experience.
Each event will be 3 rounds
"Casual Tournament" Entry: $7 entry fee
"Competitive Tournament" Entry: $17 entry fee
Prizes will be handed out at the end of each round for each tournament:
"Casual REL Tournament":
Each player in the event receives 1 Play Booster Pack of the most recent Standard set for entering, and after each round, the winner of each pod receives 1 additional Play Booster!
"Competitive REL Tournament"
The winner each round receives 6 Play Booster Packs!
(Competitive Pod Prizes are based around 4 Player Pods, if pods have more or fewer players than 4, prizes will be adjusted accordingly)
In addition to our regular prizes for the event, up to 40 players (chosen at random if we have fewer than 40 players) will receive a special promotional art print!
Proxies will not be allowed for these events.
