The long-awaited Magic: the Gathering | FINAL FANTASY Sealed League is here!We're very pleased to announce that the latest restock of FINAL FANTASY means we can begin our Sealed League. Running for 5 weeks, the League has is a great way to test strategies, get new cards, and earn wins towards a host of category prizes. Plus, it concludes with a final day tournament to win a box! This evolving League is also a great way to start friends into the game, as they learn their deck in a relaxed environment and can make changes as they go.
Your Magic Sealed League kicks off with 3 FINAL FANTASY Play Boosters to make a 40-card deck and compete against other players. Add boosters each week to upgrade or completely rebuild your deck as new directions present themselves. And at the conclusion of the League, you could be eligible for prizes in a whole range of categories!
Start of League Details:
> Saturday 04 October, 2pm Start
> $35 Entry
> 3x FINAL FANTASY Play Boosters (to build your deck)
> Deck List and Match Results Form provided, kept in store
End of League:
> Magic Sealed League runs for 5 weeks, ending Friday 07 November
> Final day tournament: Saturday 08 November
How it works:
> Enter and receive 3 Play Boosters from the most recent set
> Open your boosters and record your cards on the Deck List
> Build a 40-card deck, including basic lands that we provide
> Play in store against others and record your Wins and Losses on your Match Result Form - all matches are Best-of-1
> Play as much as you want and rebuild your deck as you see fit from your card pool
> All games must take place in store. We encourage people to come for games from 2pm on Saturdays
> You cannot play the same person more than twice in a row
Extra Boosters:
> Every week after the first, you can add a Play Booster to your sealed pool for $11 (max 1 per week)
> Every three Losses, you can add a Play Booster to your sealed pool for $11 (max 1 per week)
> You don't have to add extra boosters, and extra boosters will stack so missing a week won't put you behind
> Record what you open on your Deck List and rebuild your deck as you see fit.
Final One-Day Tournament:
> Saturday 08 November, free entry
> Before the event, build a 60-card deck from your Sealed League pool ready to compete
> Play Swiss rounds to a Top 4-8 cut (depending on entries) with a FINAL FANTASY Booster Box for the winner plus other prizing!

League Prizes and Prize Categories will be revealed at the end, but have included: Most Games; Most Wins; the "Most Wins" Archnemesis; Longest Win Streak; Best Win Rate per Booster; and Most Losses...
Please Note: to be eligible for prizes in most categories, you will need to have played at least 20 games throughout the League. Final Day Tournament matches are not include for calculating category winners.
