RULES:
NO CARD UPGRADES ALLOWED
You ARE allowed to upgrade the PRINTING of the card (like if you wanted to foil out the deck or use Secret Lair cards)
The commander deck MUST be the same text and same number of lands that the precon comes with.
You MUST sign up for the tournament using the TopDeck portal
There are no loopholes to these rules, and if you are found to have changed the cards in your deck you will be disqualified from the tournament.
