Eligibility:
- Any person who is a registered NESA member.
- NESA membership runs from 01/01/2025 to 31/12/2025 and is valued at N$100 per person.
- Membership registrations can be done at: https://nesaportal.org/
- All persons under the age of 18 must submit a Parental Consent form.
Entry fee:
- Entry fee is N$ 100 per registered NESA member.
- Only fully-paid-up registered NESA members may participate in this event.

- Entries need to be finalised on or before 28 November 2025 @ 18:00
- Each participant needs to register for the tournament specifically at: https://nesaportal.org/event/list
