CANCELLATION POLICY:
π Once you reserved your slot, it is considered SOLD
π Payments are NON-REFUNDABLE but TRANSFERABLE to new participants valid only for this trip if transfer is requested within 3-days before the travel date.
π Cancellation of your slot should be advised on or before November 21 (Friday).
π Refunds will be granted if replacement is found for their reserved slot.
TERMS & CONDITIONS:

β To secure your slots, at least 50% must be settled on or before November 21 (Friday).
β REPLACEMENTS are allowed.
