Mt Shasta Water Ceremony Crystal Sound Bath
Connect with the healing energies of Mt. Shasta while immersing yourself in the soothing sounds of 7 chakra colored, quartz crystal singing bowls . Let the vibrations wash over you as you relax and rejuvenate in this serene setting surrounded by crystals.
What happens when you mix sound waves with water?
The two dance, move, join, and merge to create a beautiful partnership infused with light codes, and high vibrational energies. Sirah will fill her 7 chakra colored quartz crystal singing bowls with filtered water from Mt. Shasta. Throughout the 40 minute crystal sound bath the water will become infused with healing vibrations from the sound waves, including chakra alignment, negative energy removal, and positive energy infusion. The water will also absorb the healing energy from our group, and your own personal intention within its molecular structure.
At the end of the Sound bath, you will be offered a small vial of Sound Wave Charged, Mt Shasta Water to take home with you. Ideas for your ceremonial water : drink it, put it in your bath, place it on your altar, offer it to Mother Nature, cook with it, make your own energy spray, put it in your hot tub, use it for ceremonies, add it to tinctures and so much more.
The doors will open at 6:20 pm, and they will be closed and locked to create a safe container during the Sound Bath at 6:45 pm.
The event will be capped at 12 attendees, and a waiting list will be made available if it sells out.
What to bring
- yoga or camping mat
- blanket or personal sleeping bag
- pillow, or bolster
- eye mask or small towel
- water bottle
- journal and pen
- wear comfortable clothes
-Add-ons- You can now purchase your very own Mp3 recording of your Live Sound Bath experience and have it emailed to you 7 business days after the event. It will be digitally edited and enhanced to create a clear, high vibrational recording for you to enjoy listening to again and again.
