This hike offers spectacular views of the river and surrounding mountain ranges.The Mt Lofty track meanders through gums and tea-trees, over creeks and along the Yarra River.
We begin our hike from Wittons Reserve Carpark we follow the circuit to the summit where we will be surrounded by views to Mt Dandenong, Lilydale and Warrandyte.
From here we will head towards the Homestead trail. The beautiful trail follows the river back to the Mt Lofty trail.
