Celebrate Native American Heritage month at the library! Join us for a special presentation by Madeleine Gosselin Wright, Abenaki storyteller. Madeleine has been a storyteller at the Mt. Kesearage Indian Museum for the past five years and has a B.A. in History from from Northeastern University as well as a Masters Degree in Library and Information Science from Simmons College. The stories she tells will give you a better understanding of Abenaki life and culture. The Abenaki are the Indigenous People who lived and still live in New Hampshire.
A slideshow and artifacts from the Mt. Kesearage Indian Museum will be included.
Grades K-12 welcome, along with their guardians.
