SATURDAY APRIL 5
* 10:15 – 11 a.m. ET “The Upper Hand of Roses, UP Rose Growing, Demystified" - Learn how to grow this versatile national flower with a few simple guidelines so we can be successful.
* 12:30 – 1:15 p.m. ET “Re-think you Drink" - We often think about what we eat, but don’t think about what we drink as often. What
we drink is just as important as what we eat!
* 2:00 – 2:45 p.m. ET "Growing Superior Tomatoes" - This presentation will cover the basics of growing tomatoes, best practices for varieties, soil fertility, pruning & trellising, pest management,Aand how to prolong your tomato growing season.
* 3:15 – 4:00 p.m. ET “Wake up Garden, it is Spring” - Learn about the best practices to get your garden ready for the growing season.
SUNDAY APRIL 6
* 11:30 – 12:15 p.m. ET “It’s not too late to prune your apple trees” - Learn about the required tools and tips and tricks to help your apple tree pruning be successful. Annual pruning helps apple trees be healthy and more productive.

* Along with these Smart Gardening presentations, we will have over 35 free smart gardening tip sheets and bookmarks. Extension Master Gardener Smart Gardening Volunteers will assist showgoers with these gardening resources.
